One-Year Craftsmanship Warranty
At The Shadow Collection, every piece is handcrafted to order using premium materials and furniture-quality craftsmanship. We proudly stand behind the quality of our products with a one-year limited warranty from the date of delivery.
If a manufacturing defect covered under this warranty occurs during the warranty period, we will, at our discretion, repair, replace, or refund the product if a suitable repair or replacement cannot be provided.
What's Covered
- Manufacturing defects in materials or craftsmanship
- Structural defects resulting from manufacturing
- Hardware failures under normal residential use
- Manufacturing defects in included ceramic bowls
- Defects in our professionally applied protective finish under normal indoor use
What's Not Covered
This warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Cosmetic damage, scratches, dents, or finish wear from everyday use
- Damage caused by misuse, neglect, accidents, improper care, or unauthorized modifications
- Damage caused by pets, including chewing or scratching
- Damage caused by excessive moisture, outdoor use, or improper storage
- Natural variations in solid wood, including grain, knots, color variation, and seasonal movement
Warranty Claims
To submit a claim, please email hello@shadowcollectionco.com with your order number, proof of purchase, a description of the issue, and photos of the product.
If your claim is approved, we will repair, replace, or provide replacement parts at no additional cost. If a return is required, we will provide instructions and cover applicable shipping costs.
Warranty Limitations
This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. The Shadow Collection's liability is limited to the original purchase price of the product and is subject to applicable law.
