If something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

Return Shipping

If you’d like to return an item, contact us at support@theshadowcollection.com to request a return.

We’ll email you a prepaid shipping label — the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or isn’t what you expected, please contact us within 14 days of delivery — we’ll make it right as quickly as possible.

Every order is carefully packed in Austin, Texas, but if something goes wrong, we’ll ensure a fast replacement or solution.
