The Shadow Customs brings your vision to life. Every piece is made to order and tailored to your pet’s needs, your space, and your style. From one-of-a-kind feeders to furniture that blends seamlessly into your home, each design is crafted with care, precision, and purpose — designed to be lived with and loved every day.

All Shadow Custom orders are initiated through the Custom Request Form below.

Step 1: Submit Your Custom Request

Begin by completing the Custom Request Form at the bottom of this page with a brief description of your vision and any known details.

After submitting the form, you’re welcome to email reference photos, sketches, or inspiration images to theshadowcustoms@gmail.com, referencing your name or inquiry.

If you’re unsure on specifics, that’s perfectly okay — this is simply the starting point.

Step 2: Design Collaboration

Once we receive your request form, our team will personally reach out to discuss your vision in detail. Together, we’ll refine your design by reviewing:

Customization Options

  • Size and dimensions
  • Wood type and finish
  • Stain or paint color
  • Bowl size and placement
  • Handles, finger pulls, or hardware style
  • Added storage, drawers, or compartments
  • Unique features or design ideas — if you can dream it, we can build it

Step 3: Design Finalization & Quote

After all details are confirmed, we will finalize your custom design and provide a detailed quote outlining your specifications and pricing.

No payment is required during the design phase.
Payment is requested only after you approve the final design and quote.

Step 4: Production

Once payment is completed, your custom Shadow piece enters production. Each order is handcrafted with precision, care, and intention — built to last and made specifically for you.

Care Instructions

Shipping

Shipping timelines for custom orders vary between 2–6 weeks, depending on the complexity of your design and our current production schedule.

Once your order has shipped, you can expect delivery within 3–7 business days, depending on your location.

We ship all products preassembled using UPS to ensure your order arrives safely and ready to use. You will receive a tracking number via email once your package is on its way.

Every order is packaged using plastic-free, recyclable materials.
